We had an awesome time on our 3 day Refugio to Refugio hike. Leading up to it, they made sure to cater to what we wanted and were physically up for. We stayed the night before at their beautiful B&B, got debriefed on our upcoming route (and got GPS coordinates) and were served a huge breakfast feast. Viola and her husband were very welcoming and nice and even drove us to our starting point. They took care of all of the scheduling with our stays and alll we had to worry about was our trek, making the next 3 days amazing! Would Love to go back

Our amazing mountain trip started and ended perfectly at Viola and Rob's cozy B&B (the owners of BergXperience). It was the perfect place to relax and get ready before our adventure, and recover afterward.BergXperience gave us a perfect four-day hiking plan for me and my family in the beautiful North Italian mountains. We asked for a challenging trip with amazing views, and that's exactly what we got.The trail was hard and really pushed us, but we could handle it. We were rewarded every day with the most amazing, wide-open mountain views and delicious dinner in the Rifugios.The places we slept were a highlight of themselves. Staying in the traditional mountain huts, the Rifugios, where the people were super friendly. Every night, a great, big dinner was ready for us, and we had a delicious breakfast before the next day's hike.This trip was a great mix of tough physical work, bonding with my family, and lots of fun. We highly recommend BergXperience for a real, memorable mountain trip!

My friend and I had an absolutely outstanding experience with BergExperience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned for our 8-day hike on the Alta Via 1. When we first contacted BergExperience, Viola took the time to understand our preferences for daily mileage, arranged all of the hut bookings, and designed a beautiful, well-paced route. Communication was flawless and made planning the trip easy. Throughout the journey, Viola regularly checked in, offering weather updates and helpful tips for the days ahead, which gave us much peace of mind. We stayed in BergExperience's AirBnB before and after the trip and very much enjoyed the breakfasts and chatting with our hosts. This was truly the perfect adventure from beginning to end. We cannot recommend BergExperience highly enough and are already looking forward to planning another unforgettable trip with them in the future!

What an amazing experience my husband and I had hiking hut-to-hut in the Dolomites, all thanks to the organization of Viola of BergXperience! We are mediocre hikers, so we wanted someone with experience in the area to advise us. Enter Viola, who has years of hiking and climbing and always sets a path that she has done herself. In addition, we were able to rent items that we only needed to the hike, so we didn’t have to carry them around all over Italy. The Dolomites are complex: in the technicality of the trails, the weather and in booking the Rifugios, so having someone who is there and knows what you’re getting into is priceless! We felt safe and supported the whole time with BergXperience and I highly recommend them!

Viola and Berg Xperience was perfect for our three day hut-to-hut Sept hike. My wife and I joined friends- another couple -for this trip, meeting at Viola’s for our start. She personalized our tour from the start; based on our needs, distances and hopes for the trip.Our first night, Viola provided a map pre-highlighted with our route and explained each stage, including key things to know and help us ensure our plan for snacks and stops. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful with fresh coffee and bread, meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, fruit and more.Viola identified free, safe parking for our cars while we hiked, drove us to our starting point and allowed our friends to store their extra luggage at Villa Vittorio while we hiked.She checked in on us throughout the hike- which we received each rare moment we had cell service up along the Alta Via.Berg Xperience booked our stays at mountain huts which made everything seamless for our arrivals and meals while hiking. We stayed at Rifugio Tissi and Passo Durran/Rifugio San Sebastiano.Highly recommend anyone to book through Viola and BX who want to hike along the Alta Via and/or Dolomites and have their logistics handled.
