We had an exceptional experience staying at BergXperience’s place, “Vittorio.” The accommodations were incredibly welcoming, with stunning views right from the spacious and comfortable rooms. BergXperience and their team went above and beyond by preparing a delicious breakfast and a packed lunch for our hike, as well as providing us with a transfer to the starting point.The hospitality was unmatched when, on short notice, they graciously offered to host my daughter and her friend after one of them sprained their ankle. BergXperience’s family made sure the girls felt cared for, offering them both dinner and lunch.The team also planned an incredible 4-day hike in the Dolomites, an experience we will forever treasure in our hearts.

Viola was quick to respond and attentive to our needs and questions. The itinerary she built for us was perfect and we enjoyed an amazing hut to hut hike. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for the less crowded trails in the Dolomites. The Villa was comfortable and a greate respite after the trek.

I could not recommend Viola at BergXperience enough. She planned a trip of a lifetime for our large group of four families including 7 children who were aged 6-9. She was extremely responsive and helpful in the planning stage and put together an incredible 5 day trip for us which was the perfect mix of varied terrain, gorgeous rifugios, and the right balance of choosing a route that felt safe enough for our children, yet still challenging enough that we all felt so accomplished and proud. Viola coordinated every aspect of our trip which was incredibly helpful and she was also great at checking in throughout our hike and helping as needed. Her lovely B&B is in the most beautiful town and we all enjoyed our stay there. We are already dreaming of our next hut-to-hut trip!

Viola with BergXperience was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Dolomites area. We were able to plan a wonderful customized 5 day hut to hut hike. Both during the planning stages and during our time hiking, Viola remained responsive to our changing needs and readily available to communicate with us. Outstanding experience with Viola at BergXperience! She coordinated a 4 day hut to hut solo hike for me in July of 2025. Great choice of Refugios, clear instructions and GPS links, checked in with me each day to see how I was doing and also had the supplies I requested to rent (hiking poles, towel, sleep bag) ready to go when I arrived. Top notch service and professionalism. I highly recommend!

We had an awesome time on our 3 day Refugio to Refugio hike. Leading up to it, they made sure to cater to what we wanted and were physically up for. We stayed the night before at their beautiful B&B, got debriefed on our upcoming route (and got GPS coordinates) and were served a huge breakfast feast. Viola and her husband were very welcoming and nice and even drove us to our starting point. They took care of all of the scheduling with our stays and alll we had to worry about was our trek, making the next 3 days amazing! Would Love to go back
