Viola at BergXperience helped me plan a five-day hike in the Dolomites, staying at rifugios along the way. I could not have been happier with her services. Very clear and prompt communication and advice/explanation in response to my questions along the way. She checked in with us daily while were hiking and very helpfully provided a route alternative on our final day at my request. We enjoyed staying at her bed and breakfast at the end of our trip. I would recommend Viola to anyone planning a trip in this area.

We had an exceptional experience staying at BergXperience’s place, “Vittorio.” The accommodations were incredibly welcoming, with stunning views right from the spacious and comfortable rooms. BergXperience and their team went above and beyond by preparing a delicious breakfast and a packed lunch for our hike, as well as providing us with a transfer to the starting point. The hospitality was unmatched when, on short notice, they graciously offered to host my daughter and her friend after one of them sprained their ankle. BergXperience’s family made sure the girls felt cared for, offering them both dinner and lunch. The team also planned an incredible 4-day hike in the Dolomites, an experience we will forever treasure in our hearts.

Our amazing mountain trip started and ended perfectly at Viola and Rob's cozy B&B (the owners of BergXperience). It was the perfect place to relax and get ready before our adventure, and recover afterward.BergXperience gave us a perfect four-day hiking plan for me and my family in the beautiful North Italian mountains. We asked for a challenging trip with amazing views, and that's exactly what we got.The trail was hard and really pushed us, but we could handle it. We were rewarded every day with the most amazing, wide-open mountain views and delicious dinner in the Rifugios.The places we slept were a highlight of themselves. Staying in the traditional mountain huts, the Rifugios, where the people were super friendly. Every night, a great, big dinner was ready for us, and we had a delicious breakfast before the next day's hike.This trip was a great mix of tough physical work, bonding with my family, and lots of fun. We highly recommend BergXperience for a real, memorable mountain trip!

We recently visited the Dolomites and used Viola’s services to plan our trip. We stayed overnight at the cozy and spacious B&B, enjoyed a delicious fresh breakfast before setting off. Viola dropped us off at the starting point of our hike, lent us any equipment we needed, checked in to make sure we arrived safely and picked us up when we were done. Her services definitely took the hard legwork out of planning. Highly recommend!

This was our best ski trip by far and it was super chill with Viola. We are long time skiers and were concerned that it was silly to hire a guide...but it was worth every penny! I highly recommend Bergxperience to have a magical ski safari and stay at all the best rifugios....we even had a sauna at 2,800 meters overlooking the sunset!

I could not recommend Viola at BergXperience enough. She planned a trip of a lifetime for our large group of four families including 7 children who were aged 6-9. She was extremely responsive and helpful in the planning stage and put together an incredible 5 day trip for us which was the perfect mix of varied terrain, gorgeous rifugios, and the right balance of choosing a route that felt safe enough for our children, yet still challenging enough that we all felt so accomplished and proud. Viola coordinated every aspect of our trip which was incredibly helpful and she was also great at checking in throughout our hike and helping as needed. Her lovely B&B is in the most beautiful town and we all enjoyed our stay there. We are already dreaming of our next hut-to-hut trip!
