Viola at BergXperience helped me plan a five-day hike in the Dolomites, staying at rifugios along the way. I could not have been happier with her services. Very clear and prompt communication and advice/explanation in response to my questions along the way. She checked in with us daily while were hiking and very helpfully provided a route alternative on our final day at my request. We enjoyed staying at her bed and breakfast at the end of our trip. Viola kent het gebied op haar duimpje en leidde ons over prachtige en rustige pistes naar 2 unieke hutten. Ze paste de tocht aan op ons niveau (gemiddelde skiërs). Wij zijn vanuit Villa Vittorio vertrokken maar je kan ook op andere punten starten. Echt een aanrader!
Anneke van der LitWe had an awesome time on our 3 day Refugio to Refugio hike. Leading up to it, they made sure to cater to what we wanted and were physically up for. We stayed the night before at their beautiful B&B, got debriefed on our upcoming route (and got GPS coordinates) and were served a huge breakfast feast. Viola and her husband were very welcoming and nice and even drove us to our starting point. They took care of all of the scheduling with our stays and alll we had to worry about was our trek, making the next 3 days amazing! Would Love to go back
